There was just the one winner and two second places yesterday which wasn’t good. Having said that York has proven difficult for most people as it so often does.

*This horse is forecast at 100/1, the same as last years winner so there are occasionally big priced winners of this race. Paul Hanagan rides but has said he would rather be on one of the trainer’s other two so he does not have much confidence in the horse. However, the horse is proven on the going and this is her distance and while she will have to produce a career best at 100/1 it’s worth a couple of quid, unless you can find the winner in advance that is.
