Not even the awesome ‘Frankel’ is a certainty but at the price I feel that ‘Goldikova’ with her incredible record in group 1 races will beat ‘Canford Cliffs’.

At the price of 11/8 for a horse who should be more suited by the going today than ‘Canford Cliffs’ makes her my CTC bet today.

The racing at Royal Ascot has been billed as a day that could be the greatest days racing over, and for flat racing fans that could be the case. There are some big fields in the other races at Royal Ascot and there could be a few surprises with the going being on the soft side of good.
