Horse Racing Tips and Racing Systems That Work…At least some of the time anyway!

Who’d be a Racing Tipster?

Yesterday, Thursday the 6th of February was one of those truly frustrating days for me in my efforts to be even a half decent racing tipster.

My Aida’s Arrow System had identified 5 races for me to choose from. Bearing in mind the recent very wet weather and heavy going almost everywhere I did not want to take too many chances and go overboard with my selections, so I decided to find hopefully the horses with the best chance at a reasonable enough price.

The first race was ‘Mudita Moment’ in the first at Huntingdon, but the price was only around 6/4 when I checked and while the horse was a Strong Bet, I felt the value was not really as the race looked quite competitive. ‘Mudita Moment’ won comfortably at 7/4.

The second race was the 1.40 where ‘Browns Brook’ was forecast at 11/10 and while the horse was not quite a strong bet he did look to have a solid chance. I quickly dismissed this horse due to the price but he romped in very easily by 23 lengths at 6/4.

My strongest bet of the day and a Strong Bet in the 2.15 was ‘Beforeall’ at 11/4, who qualified with 5 Factors including three of the top four Factors. The selection ran well beating off a couple off strong challenges along the way but was unfortunately well beaten into 2nd place by a horse from a yard that had been without a winner at the course for over four years!

Then in the 3.25 at Huntingdon the system had identified two horses as better than the opposition, they were ‘Art Professor’ at 7/2 and ‘Prideofthecastle’ at 9/2. The winner by 4 lengths was David Pipe’s ‘Prideofthecastle’ and he was followed in by, you’ve guess it ‘Art Professor’ who was in turn 4 1/2 lengths clear of the third horse home. (The Forecast paid £19.74)

Finally to top off a bad day, the system had identified three horses in the 3.35 at Doncaster, ‘One Conemara’ ‘Top Billing’ and ‘Everaard’. In the morning all three where big enough prices to have done some dutching but at the off ‘One Conemara’ was well supported and went off a only 13/8, which was way too short in such a race I felt. While ‘Everaard’ was unsupported and went off at 16/1. In the morning however I had the three to chose from and the previous easy winner ‘Top Billing’ at 9/2 having won so well last time out got my vote.

Needless to say my selection did not run too well and his hike in the weights was obviously too much for him and it was the other selection ‘Everaard’ who romped in by 5 lengths at 16/1.

So from the five races the Aida’s Arrow System found no fewer than four winners and one second place. The prices of the winners were 7/4, 6/4, 9/2 and 16/1 and the second place was 11/4.

Racing is tough and whittling selections down to just one or two a day can often be tougher as it was yesterday. I will say it again, ‘who’d be a racing tipster?’

The only positive yesterday, although it is a big positive, is that my System once again proved it consistently finds winners, and I can say without any doubt it will continue to do so.
