At least on form it looks like there are two good chances for a winner today. One of them is today’s CTC Bet and it’s a bigger price than the usual qualifiers but it’s a big field too so some luck may well be needed too.

Today’s Selections are: –

York 2.10 No.20 Defence Of Duress (CTC)
York 3.15 No.6 Acclamazing
York 3.50 No.7 Adaria

The 2.10 at York looks a tough one to call but after some study there’s quite a few that can be ruled out. If the selection runs to form he should have an excellent chance and forecast at 5/1 it would be a great result for the CTC Bets.

The 3.15 is the days big sprint and as Richard Fahey said on Channel 4’s The Morning Line, there could be a lot of luck involved. So just the one selection in the hope of a good run.

The 3.50 at York may go to Sir Michael Stoute’s ‘Sea Moon’ but at the price and after a 228 day break I am happy to take him on with a horse forecast at 16/1.
