In the three races yesterday I offered on the BLOG it was the races that I suggested was a good dutching race that provided the winner. ‘Pacco’ in the 3.40 at Folkestone won well at 11/2 by 7 lengths. Unfortunately ‘Troodos Jet’ could only manage 5th place at 25/1 and ‘Spic ‘N Span’ was well beaten at 9/1.

Today there are plenty of good dutching opportunities with several open looking races and the main race I fancy for doing a bit of dutching is the 2.15 at Newcastle, where the forecast favourite does  look to have a good chance but at 11/4 on the soft going over 3 miles I am going to swerve him.

My suggestions for today are as follows: –

Newcastle 2.15 No.3 ‘Minster Shadow’ and No.10 ‘Daldini’

Kempton 5.30 No.9 ‘Visions Of Johanna’

Kempton 7.00 No.11 ‘Pittodrie Star’
