Who knows, maybe some people will say after the winner has crossed the line, ‘I told you so’ but the race looks very tricky and that’s why I am going to be backing four in the race.

Our last 20/1 winner was ‘Evens And Odds’ and that was one of the two main selections I gave in The Stewards Cup, the other was ‘Jonny Mudball’ and that one came in 2nd place at 14/1. Both horses run again today but I feel the second mentioned is now too short to be risking.

My two main selections are indicated but there are reason for me selecting the other two also. However you could go through this race and find reasons to select most of the field. I am happy with my four choices however and hopefully at least a couple of them will run a big race.

My Tip for Today – While short priced horses do sometimes win these big Heritage Handicaps with so many good horses in the race trying to find some value has to be the order of the day. Good luck.
